HydroHub™ platform

Oxyhydrogen, generated where it is used.

HydroHub™ produces oxyhydrogen from water by alkaline electrolysis, beside the boiler, only while the boiler runs. The gas goes into the combustion air, not the fuel.

What it is

What oxyhydrogen is.

Established physics

Oxyhydrogen is hydrogen and oxygen in a 2:1 ratio, produced together by splitting water in an electrolyser. HydroHub™ generates it on demand and feeds it straight to the point of use. It is never stored.

Process flow. The control and interlock panel supervises every stage and is tied to the host burner management system.

Water treatment & feedwater quality

Feedwater is treated to a defined conductivity so the electrolyte and gas stay clean. Technical note →

Alkaline electrolyser

Continuous-duty alkaline electrolysis in a KOH electrolyte.

Gas conditioning

Scrubber, flashback arrestors and non-return valves before the gas leaves the skid.

Metered injection into combustion air

Gas is metered into the combustion air path. The fuel system is not touched.

Control & interlock panel

Interlocked with the host burner management system, combustion air, flame status and gas detection.

Sizing

Sized per site, from your boiler data.

Each system is engineered from the site's real operating data: fuel, steam output and combustion air flow. There is no single standard size.

Three standard generator frames are listed: 20 kW, 35 kW, 70 kW. Larger and multi-unit installations are engineered per site from boiler data.

Pricing is quoted per installation after assessment.

The retrofit page explains what changes on site and what stays the same.
